Jewelry stores are a prime target. The stores may be protected and they may have installed the necessary security measures - but they are still exposed to break-ins and robbery. This is mainly due to human factors and the robber’s new methods which improve daily. Therefore, a store owner who wants to reduce the likelihood of a crime must be one step ahead.
ISPS conducts training courses designed for jewelry store owners, management and staff. The participants will learn to identify signs of potential burglary and assault - and be trained to respond correctly when confronted with criminal activity.
Amongst the topics covered in training:
-
Store opening and closing procedures
-
Identify vulnerable areas in the store
-
Every day practices
-
Video analysis from real-store incidents
-
Detect suspicious signs and behaviors
ISPS developed its own training methods after it surveyed a variety of stores in Israel and abroad. The findings allowed ISPS to identify the weak points of the stores, and by training the store personnel it improved the employee responses to early detection - thereby preventing heavy financial losses.
Throughout the first year of course completion, ISPS provides the company with a monthly report of robberies, and an analysis of the occurrences. In addition, the course provides each student an
ISPS Members Club, which entitles the agent 24 / 7 access for all inquiries - routine and/or emergency.
